Polycarbonate 1.59 Lenses
, Many sporting pastimes and some occupations such as driving increase the risk of damage to the eye. Polycarbonate's extreme resistance to impact makes it the ideal choice for active wearers. Children also fall into the category but all wearers can benefit from Polycarbonate lenses and feel safe in them. Polycarbonate's strength and lightness make it ideally suited to small lightweight modern frames. As its index is close to 1.6 it can replace conventional plastics and make mid to high corrections very attractive in today's frames. It's robustness and weight make Polycarbonate lenses particularly suitable for rimless frames .suitable for Rimmed, semi rimmed and rimless. Not sunglasses.
Thin SV lenses 1.6 Hard Multi-Coated
This thin lightweight lens is a budget lens suitable for most rimmed and semi rimless frames. Anti reflective and hard coat as standard.
Ultra Thin Multicoated 1.67 S/V
These top quality Super Hi Index lenses are light weight, ultra thin and multicoated. These lenses are extremely thin, flat and light weight. They are ideal for higher prescriptions (above+/- 3.00) and also suitable for rimmed/semi rimless and rimless frames. They have an extremely tough anti scratch coating as well anti reflective and the new easy clean system which is anti static, water and grease repellent. Suitable for rimmed/semi rimless and rimless frames. Not sunglasses.
Ultra Thin Multicoated 1.74 S/V
The new lens for mid to high prescriptions. The first corrective ultra-high index lens that, even when used for high prescriptions, compliments any frame in any style. 63% of mid to high prescription wearers are not happy with their current spectacles. For half of them, their dissatisfaction is down to them not being happy with the way they look and feel in their spectacles, for example: Thick lenses, heavy spectacles or eye magnification. Standard lenses will correct their vision but aren't necessarily flattering. Contact lenses are a solution for some but are not suitable for all patients. High index mineral lenses are heavy, expensive and old fashioned. You may want to wear your spectacles all day everyday. Today, people want more than good vision, they need to feel and look good in their spectacles. Suitable for rimmed/semi rimless and rimless frames. Not sunglasses.
